Xiaomi announced it’ll be launching its Mi laptops in India pretty soon. It’s a line of product that’s already available in China for a while now and it seems that they’re interested to bring those here. It hints at a sleek, bezel-less FHD display, a device with good storage capacity and amazing battery life, with a phrase: ‘Make Epic Happen’. Mi Notebook, as they call it, will be made for India, India exclusive and India first, as tweeted by Manu Kumar Jain, Global VP of Xiaomi and MD of Xiaomi India.
The design and specifications aren’t out yet, but it’ll be revealed on the day of the launch, which is on June 11 at 12PM IST. We have to see how people react to the laptops from a new brand. Although, Xiaomi has established itself among many in India, which creates an optimistic outlook, keeping in mind the recent trend of people being against things from China, it’s slightly confusing to predict on how it will be received.
