Just follow these steps to change wallpaper on you Xiaomi phone:
Go to settings – Tap on Wallpaper – Tap on Pre-Installed (Or anything of your choice, the next steps are the same) – Tap on the image you want – Tap on Apply – Select Set as Home Screen/Lock Screen based on your preference.
