You can tweak the phone from settings, but if you want to tweak a little more, you can enable developer options to change settings even further. To do that, just follow these steps:
Go to Settings – System – About Phone – Software Information – Tap on the Build number few times. It’ll pop up a message saying: “You’re now a developer!”
Now go back to System – Developer options.
