iPhone 12 Pro Could Have Dynamic 120Hz Display

New leaks and tips suggest that iPhone 12 Pro might come with 120Hz ProMotion display, exclusive to 6.1″ & 6.7″ iPhone 12 Pro series. ProMotion screens will feature dynamic refresh rate switching, which means they will toggle between 60 to 120Hz depending on what’s being done on phone. 120Hz mode may be activated while you play games or watch movies
while it may get down to 60Hz for regular tasks such as writing or navigating for basic usage. This will help the phone have a longer battery life.

It also suggests improvements to Face ID and cameras. Apple might launch three variants: iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max. While the iPhone 12 Pro will have the 6.1″ screen and iPhone 12 Pro Max to sport 6.7″. The biggest variant could have a battery bigger than 4,400 mAh. Face ID sensor will be fit in the smaller notch. But it could have a wider-angle lens for face unlocks from different angles. It also has new algorithms for tracking specific facial features more accurately.

Even the cameras on iPhone 12 will be improved with better autofocus as well as better subject detection and better slow-motion in low light. Telephoto zoom up to 3x optical zoom. The LiDAR depth sensor will help it get significantly better portrait mode for photos and videos. The rumours suggest that the phone will be launching in four variants, including two base models at 5.4″ and 6.1″ and two Pro models at 6.1″ and 6.7″. The higher-end models might also get 5G connectivity, and all models are expected to feature OLED screens. They’re expected to launch by the end of the year.
