Tronsmart Element Mega Bluetooth Speaker Unboxing and Review

Hey, there! Today we’re unboxing the Tronsmart Element Mega Bluetooth speaker.

On the front of the box, we have a preview of how the speaker looks like with Tronsmart branding and it even says 40 watt speaker. On the front we get a front view of the speaker and at the top we’re getting a top view. That’s a really nice way to show their product. This is sold on Amazon USA at $50 and for some reason, on Amazon India around 10,000 rupees. That’s definitely a huge difference.

Coming to the unboxing, at the top we have the speaker itself. Next, we get a small box with a 3.5 mm audio jack with an aux cable, and micro USB charging cable. Next we have the user-manual and a warranty card. That’s all we get inside the box. Now, out of the box my first impression about this speaker is, it is heavy.

On the front, we have the Tronsmart branding with this mesh kind of a shell housing with two speakers on either side.

On the top we have a nice matte finish with back-lighting touch buttons for Modes, Next and Previous songs, Play or Pause, NFC tag, and a touch pad for volume control. You can simply swipe on it to increase or decrease the volume.

We have an SD card slot, too. At the bottom, we have some rubber padding so when you place it on the surface, it won’t slide or move easily. You just need to toggle the switch to turn it on and it will directly enter into the pairing mode.

This speaker packs a 28 Core High Fidelity Large Subwoofer with a maximum output of 40 watts. It has 3D digital sound integrated with DSP technology and it automatically adjusts to your living room. It also has true wireless stereo function, where you can use two of these speakers to get a stereo effect. One of them will act like a master and another one will act like a slave and then you can use it like left and right channel for a stereo effect. It houses two 3300 mAh batteries and it can last you 15 hours of continuous playback. It uses Bluetooth 4.2 technology, so you can have a Bluetooth range of 20 meters. Which is definitely more than sufficient.

The most interesting features on this speaker would definitely be the touch volume control and the NFC pairing mode. After using it for a few hours, I found that it’s very loud for its size. It looks cool when you turn it on, especially in complete darkness. Coming to the audio quality of this speaker, base is good, acoustics sounds good. If you are someone who loves to listen to classical music or melody songs you will love this thing. You also get additional features like the SD card support, Aux input, and you can also answer calls. You can have a stereo effect if you have two of these. The NFC tag on the top lights up very nicely and it’s very convenient to pair the speaker to your phone.

So, on the whole, it is definitely a pretty good speaker for $50.
