How to Setup Fingerprint Reader on Xioami Phones, Mi A1, Mi MIX 2, Mi Max 2, Mi Max 3, Redmi 5, Redmi 5A, Redmi Note 5, Redmi Note 5 Pro, Redmi Y2, Redmi Note 4, Redmi Note 3, Mi 4, Mi 4i

Just follow these steps to setup fingerprint reader:

Go to settings – Tap on Lockscreen password – Tap on Manage Fingerprints – Tap on Add Fingerprint

Then you can just follow the instructions on screen and that’s pretty much it.
