Survey By itel On Indian Smartphone Preferences | Interesting Facts Revealed

A top brand in sub-5K segment in offline channel, itel, conducted a detailed study about what India thinks about smartphones. It was done to understand and analyze consumer trends and preferences when it came to smartphone usage. Few features like AI Camera, Fingerprint Sensor, Drop Notch Display are the most important features for consumers in the budget smartphone they’re going to purchase.

itel, from Transsion Holdings, surveyed across 4,000 participants across 13 states, divided in age-groups and demographics: Youth, Regions, Working Sector, etc. People’s behavioral patterns were also assessed to understand the trends as well as the addiction.
